The Sager Group managed to get the large delivery company DHL as a renter in the new logistics center in Peggau. The groundbreaking took place on March 10th in 2014.
The DHL building contains a hall with 1500 m² and an office wing with 400 m².
The building site will be finished in August 2014. This means approx. 25 new jobs at DHL in Peggau.
The construction of the building is carried out by the Sager Schotter GmbH and remains property of the Sager Group who functions as the landlord for DHL. A long-term agreement could be concluded with DHL.
DHL Express Austria decided to concentrate their two Styrian locations in a new and modern service center in Peggau. The construction at the Greenfield will be started after the groundbreaking. The concentration of two locations to Peggau, which is conveniently placed as regards transport facilities, is strengthening the complete Austrian network of DHL Express and is including Styria even more in the national and international market.
